I have had the best leadership training and experience in the world. After several promotions, by 27 years old I was a Director of Operations at a large national retailer. I led more than 400 employees at 30 locations across 5 states. One of my teams developed standalone training centers and rolled them out across the country. Another team I led re-wrote training programs that impacted thousands of employees in positions from Store Associate all the way up to District Manager.
I’ve been training Realtors and team leaders since 2019. I developed the Brooke Team mentorship program with team leader David Brooke. Our “team within a team” concept catapulted us from 290 sales in 2019 to over 650 sales in 2022.
Brooke Team tripled our agent count in 3 years. We have over 50 agents and six team leaders. I lead a team of 10 agents on Brooke Team, including four of our team’s six team leaders.
In 2020 I launched the Agent Fast Track at eXp to scale my impact globally. The group has 54 agents in 8 states. We’re spreading like wildfire! Our agent count doubled each of the past two years.
Business is not one dimensional. People are not one dimensional. That’s why I coach in ALL facets of business.
